WAR ON THE SHORE
Lion Heart Boxing Productions and Emirates Sports are promoters of one of the oldest fight series in the United Arab Emirates-War On The Shore. The first War On The Shore was held in 2005 and continues today.
The next episode of War On The Shore (War On The Shore 5) will be held on a date to be announced soon at the Emirates Sports Hotel located in Dubai Sports City. The main event will feature American Heavyweight Christopher Lovejoy (20-1) in a comeback bid while the co-main event will feature perennial UAE Fighter of the Year Mohammad Ali Bayat (19-3), all against opponents to be announced. A special feature bout will star the hottest Emirati Boxing Prospect Fahad Al-Khoori (1-0) in his first fight after an injury induced layoff of almost a year. As always, the undercard will feature fighters from the international scene regional stars, and as well as Dubai-based attractions.
The promoters’ goal is to develop War On The Shore into a major UAE sporting brand to be exported worldwide. War On The Shore also is expected to be unique as opportunity to help develop the sport of Boxing in the UAE and the MENA Region as War On The Shore will be used a platform to facilitate the further development of Arab boxers in general and Emiratis in particular. The promoters see the potential of the UAE as the next ‘Boxing Mecca’ and are pioneers and early movers in the space.
War On The Shore will be broadcasted live in the UAE, in primetime, on Abu Dhabi Fight. It will also be broadcasted or livestreamed worldwide to over 175 countries on various OTT platforms, including Fite.TV and KOTV. War On The Shore additionally will be seen live-to-tape in over 100 Million US homes and syndicated worldwide as feasible.
